Latham & Watkins Advises $2.3 Bln TC Energia Credit


Shearman  & Sterling, Latham advise CABEI loan, KLYM funding round.

Latham & Watkins advised the joint global coordinators, lead arrangers, and bookrunners in connection with the $2.3 billion five-year credit facilities provided to Mexico’s TC Energía Mexicana (TCEM); Shearman & Sterling represented Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) on a $150 million senior unsecured facility by a syndicate of lenders and Latham advised Colombia-based fintech KLYM on the closing of its $27 million Series B investment round.
