Hughes Hubbard Advises $875 Mln Gerdau Loan


Davis Polk, Holland & Knight, Vinson & Elkins advise Telefonica Paraguay, AgroFibra, EXCORP offers.

Hughes Hubbard and Reed advised a group of lenders on a $875 million revolving credit facility for Brazilian steel producer Gerdau; Holland & Knight represented AgroFibra in its $50 million initial public offering on  the Mexican Stock Exchange; Davis Polk advised Telefónica Celular del Paraguay on its cash tender offer to purchase for cash up to $55 million in aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 5.875% senior notes due 2027 and Vinson & Elkins advised US-based EZCORP on its private offering of $200 million aggregate principal amount of its convertible senior notes due 2029.
