Ashurst is acting as UK and European legal counsel to Canada-based Pan American Silver Corp in relation with its offer (along with Canada-based Agnico Eagle) to buy Canada-based Yamana Gold for $4.8 billion; Allen & Overy has advised Germany-based Avenga Group on the financing of the acquisition of Argentina-based IT company IncluIT; Arthur Cox and Clifford Chance are advising the merger of Paraguayan banks Sudameris and Banco Regional and Nelson Mullins represented UK-based Lightrock as US counsel and foreign advisor as lead investor in a $27 million Series B round by Brazil-based Agrolend.
