Latham, Milbank, Skadden Advise GIP-Atlas Deal

Simpson advises $396 million FIBRA Prologis offer.

Latham & Watkins, Milbank and Skadden advised US-based Global Infrastructure Partners’s acquisition of Latin America-focused Atlas Renewable Energy from UK-based Actis for an undisclosed amount; Simpson Thacher represented Mexican real estate investment trust FIBRA Prologis on its $396 million offer; Cleary Gottlieb represented the banks in a bridge credit facility extended to Mexican healthcare industry company Auna for its acquisition of Organizacion Clinica America in Monterrey; Latham & Watkins advised KLYM (formerly known as OmniLatam) on a $20 million incremental debt facility with US-based Gramercy Funds Management to expand operations in Chile and DLA Piper Perú advised the lead arranger and bookrunner in a $126 million financing granted to Compañía Minera Raura in Peru.
