ICSID & Latin America: Peru Worsens Again

South American country keeps ranking as worst LatAm country at ICSID.

Peru continues to worsen when it comes to pending cases at The World Bank’s International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

After replacing Venezuela as the Latin American country with most pending cases last year, it continues to lead all others in new cases, according to Latinvex research.
