Firms Advise Latin America Finance Work

Simpson Thacher represented Chilean financial holding company Corp Group Banking and its affiliated debtors in their chapter 11 cases filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware; Ogier in the BVI has advised Brazilian oil services company Constellation Oil Services Holding on its  $2 billion debt restructuring; Greenberg Traurig advised Banco Azteca in a syndicated $224 million loan for the rehabilitation and conservation of 1,637 kilometers of roads and highways in the State of Mexico through a Public Private Partnership (PPP); Hogan Lovells advised IDB Invest on a $40 million financing package to Honduras textile firms Elcatex and San Juan Textiles and Norton Rose Fulbright represented Banco Santander in the closing of a $22.3 million ECA-backed loan to Brazilian utility company Eletronuclear.
