Latin America: Record IPOs


Latin America-focused initial public offers double in value.

Latin America set a new record in initial public offers last year, both in value and volume, according to Latinvex data.

While Brazil continues to dominate, there were also offers from companies in Mexico and Uruguay as well as several US special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) targeting Latin America.
