Davis Polk advises SmartFit initial public offer in Brazil.

Latham & Watkins represents Spanish telecom group Telefónica on its $500 million deal with US-based investment firm KKR to establish Colombia’s first independent nationwide open access wholesale digital infrastructure company; Cooley secured a complete victory for Colombia-based, Latin America delivery app Rappi by obtaining dismissal of a trade secret misappropriation case that contested the invention and ownership of Rappi’s business model and Davis Polk advised on the $450 million IPO of Brazilian gym company SmartFit.
