Cleary Gottlieb represented the initial purchasers on the $600 million offer from the US unit of Mexico-based Grupo Bimbo; White & Case advised Brazil-based Iochpe-Maxion’s $400 million sustainability-linked notes; Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers on the $600 million offer from AI Candelaria (the Spanish holding company for the largest crude oil pipeline in Colombia), the $300 million offer from Brazilian airline GOL and Mexican real estate company Vesta on its $350 million offer.
