Latham & Watkins and Milbank advised on the $1.1 billion bank and bond financing for Blackstone’s Tierra Mojada power project in Mexico; Sullivan & Cromwell advised Chilean mining company Compañía Minera Zaldívar on a $180 million loan; Holland & Knight advised Mexico-based Banco Multiva on three loans totaling $20 million.
