Will Colombia and Peru again lead Latin America growth in ICSID cases?

Colombia and Peru -- which led the way in new cases at The World Bank’s International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) last year – are facing a mixed outlook when it comes to arbitration and litigation this year, according to arbitration lawyers.
