Simpson Thacher, Shearman advise YPF, Vista offers, Nubank round.

Hogan Lovells represented the joint bookrunning managers on El Salvador’s $1.1 billion bond; Simpson Thacher represented YPF Luz in its offering of $400 million and the $400 million investment in Brazilian startup success Nubank, while Shearman & Sterling advised the underwriters on the $101 million NYSE IPO by Mexican oil company Vista Oil & Gas.
