Latin America M&A Advisors: Creel, Jones Day Grow Most


AT&T-Nextel deal spurs business at Jones Day, Creel and Sullivan & Cromwell.


US-based Jones Day and Mexico-based Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enriquez grew most among the top law firms that advised on Latin America’s top mergers and acquisitions in the first quarter, according to a Latinvex analysis of new data from Thomson Reuters.

On the opposite end are three Brazilian firms: Mattos Filho, Souza Cescon and Barbosa Mussnich, which all saw double-digit declines in market share.
