Advent International acquires 80 percent of Walmart’s Brazil business.

Skadden is advising US retailer Walmart on the sale of an 80 percent stake in its Brazil unit to US private equity investor Advent International for an undisclosed amount.
Walmart is the largest retailer in Latin America, according to the Latinvex 500and also operates in Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Central America.
