Skadden and Cleary Gottlieb advised on the $500 million bond by Mexican breadbaker Grupo Bimbo; Cleary Gottlieb and Shearman & Sterling advised on the 30 billion peso (US$1.49 billion) offer from the Argentine Province of Buenos Aires and Orrick acted as special counsel to Renewable Resources Group (RRG) in a restricted issuance of capital development certificates (CKD) in Mexico.
