Brazil, Colombia and Cuba are the fastest-growing markets in Latin America, according to a Latinvex analysis of data from the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).
All in all, the number of wireless telephony subscription in Latin America barely grew last year – by a mere 1.3 percent – to 695.4 million.
