Baker Botts opens Brazil office, Holland & Knight opens Mexico office and new partners at Diaz Reus and Mayer Brown.

This month saw the announcement of two new Latin America offices for US law firms. Baker Botts opened an office in Rio de Janeiro, while Holland & Knight announced plans to open one in Mexico City while adding three partners that joined from Chadbourne & Parke.
Meanwhile, Diaz Reus and Mayer Brown announced the appointment of new partners.
