Cleary Gottlieb, Latham & Watkins Advise $2 Bln LatAm Offers


Shearman & Sterling, White & Case advise Ascenty, TC Energy loans.

Latham & Watkins advised Latin American development bank CAF (Corporación Andina de Fomento) on its €1 billion (US$1.05 billion) syndicated bond offering; Cleary Gottlieb represented the initial purchasers on the $1 billion subordinated notes offering by Mexican cement giant Cemex; Shearman & Sterling represented Banco Itaú BBA S.A. and Natixis, New York Branch as global coordinators in connection with the origination of $825 million in senior credit facilities for Brazil-based Ascenty Data Centers and White & Case advised US-based TC Energy Corporation in connection with a $2.3 billion senior term loan and revolving loan financing of its Mexican subsidiary.
