White & Case advises Mexican auto finance company’s debt issue.

Linklaters and Simpson Thacher advised the 1 trillion pesos (US$1 billion) offer from Chile; Cleary Gottlieb represented the Republic of Uruguay in its $1.5 billion offering and White & Case advised Mexican auto financing company Cetelem on two series of Mexican pesos-denominated issuances of debt securities in the form of CBs (certificados bursátiles) for a total amount of 2 billion pesos (approximately US$100 million).
