Shearman advises $1.1 billion offer from Central America Bottling Corporation.

Cleary Gottlieb represented the underwriters on the Republic of Chile's $1.5 billion offer and the initial purchasers in Brazilian bank Bradesco’s $500 million offer; Hughes Hubbard and Cleary advised on Paraguay's $500.6 million offer and Shearman & Sterling represented the placement agents and sustainability-linked structuring agents in the $1.1 billion offer by The Central America Bottling Corporation (CBC); Milbank advised Chilean power transmission company Sociedad de Transmisión Austral (STA) on its $390 million green bond offer and Davis Polk advised the underwriters on the $130 million Nasdaq IPO of the LatAmGrowth SPAC.
