Cleary Gottlieb represented Mexican state electricity company CFE in two $100 million credit facilities; White & Case has advised Spain-based Sacyr Concesiones and Paraguay-based Ocho A on the approximately $220 million financing for a road project in Paraguay; Hogan Lovells advised Ecuadorean bank Banco del Austro on a $87.5 million diversified payment rights (DPR) securitization program; DLA Piper represented Mexican quick service restaurant franchisee Alsea in its debt restructuring and related $500 million offer and Greenberg Traurig represented Salvadorean bank Banco Cuscatlan in the negotiation of a $30 million loan.
