Milbank Advises Avianca Chapter 11 Exit

Carey Olsen, Haynes and Boone advise Mexico financing.

Milbank represents Colombia-based Avianca Airlines, the second largest airline group in Latin America, in its chapter 11 reorganization; Haynes and Boone advised Toyota in a $98 million financing for the construction and operation of a manufacturing plant in Mexico and Carey Olsen's corporate practice in the Cayman Islands has advised Mexican fintech company Clara on a Series B financing round of $70 million marking its valuation milestone of $1 billion.
