Firms Advise $3.2 Bln in Chile Offers
Cleary, Davis Polk, Shearman, Skadden, Winston & Strawn advise.

A wave of issues by Chilean companies has kept law firms busy the past few weeks.
Davis Polk and Skadden advised on the $500 million offer from Chile's state-owned railroad company EFE; Cleary Gottlieb and Shearman & Sterling advised on the $560 million offer from Chile state oil company ENAP; Winston & Strawn represented Chile-based SQM on its first "green" bond offering of $700 million; Davis Polk advised Chilean telecom carrier Entel on its $800 million offer and Metro de Santiago on its $650 million offer.
Meanwhile, Allen & Overy advised on the $500 million sustainability-linked bond issuance from Brazilian pulp and paper company Suzano.
