ICSID & Latin America: Peru Worst


South American country keeps adding new arbitration cases each year.

Peru has replaced Venezuela as the Latin American country with most pending cases at The World Bank’s International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), according to Latinvex research.

Meanwhile, Colombia and Mexico continue the trend the past four years of growing cases at the ISCID and once again rank at the top after Peru and Venezuela, but above Argentina.
