Latham & Watkins and Milbank advised on UK-based Actis’ sale of Saavi Energía (the largest privately held stand-alone power generator in Mexico) to US-based Global Infrastructure Partners; Latham also advised Emergent Cold Latin America, Latin America’s newest temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics provider on the company formation, $450 million capital raise, and first acquisition and Baker McKenzie advised US-based Ingredion Incorporated in a $300 million joint venture with Argentina-based Grupo Arcor.
