Shearman, Skadden Advise $2.7 Bln Offers


Cleary Gottlieb, Simpson Thacher advise Mexico debt, Brazil IPO.

Shearman & Sterling advised on Tocumen’s offers totaling $1.8 billion; Skadden advised on Brazilian telecom carrier Oi’s $880 million debt offering; Simpson Thacher advised on Brazilian hospital chain Kora Saúde’s $148 million IPO; Cleary Gottlieb is representing Mexican hotel operator Grupo Posadas on its restructuring of senior notes due 2022 and Shearman & Sterling advised on the $500 million offer from Mexico’s National Bank of Foreign Trade (Bancomext).
