Shearman & Sterling represented Brazilian private equity firm IG4 Capital on its $49 million offer to buy 12.29 percent of Aenza (formerly Grana y Montero); Milbank advised the owners of Colombia-based software company S4N in connection with the sale of the company to US-based EPAM Systems for an undisclosed amount; Alston & Bird advised US-based private investment firm Grain Management on its acquisition of Brazilian internet service provider Conexão Group for an undisclosed amount and Hogan Lovells advised US-based automotive aftermarket manufacturer Cardone Industries on a voluntary action plan with the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) related to a USMCA labor issue.
