Milbank advised the Ad Hoc Committee of Lenders in the successful restructuring by Cinépolis, Mexico’s biggest movie theater operator, of $1.35 billion of syndicated and bilateral loans; Cleary Gottlieb advised on the debt restructuring of Argentina-based dairy company Mastellone; Milbank advised Ireland-based wind and solar company Mainstream Renewable Power on financing of a 148.5 MW project in Chile; White & Case advised Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and MUFG Bank on the limited recourse financing for Mexican port terminal company OTM and Holland & Knight advised Banco Multiva on two loans to the Mexican State of Baja California.
