Latham & Watkins advised on the $209 million bond from Colombia-based Patrimonio Autónomo Montes de María (the first bond in Latin America to be guaranteed by the US International Development Finance Corporation and the first social bond for an infrastructure project in Latin America), while Milbank advised on the financing of three energy projects in Chile.
