The US co-chair of DLA Piper’s energy sector practice has joined McDermott Will & Emery in Houston; the previous general counsel of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its Washington D.C; Thompson & Knight has promoted a Mexico City-based senior counsel to partner and Sheppard Mullin has promoted a corporate associate to partner.
