Paul Hastings, White & Case, DLA Piper advise Brazil, Argentina deals.

Jones Day, Morrison & Foerster, Harneys and Walkers advised on the SoftBank Latin America joint venture with India-based hotel group Oyo; Paul Hastings advised Brazilian ad agency Grupo ABC in the sale of its interest in the US ad agency Pereira O’Dell to Germany’s Serviceplan Group; White & Case advised Germany-based Siemens on its acquisition of a 49 percent stake in a Brazil-based solar developer; DLA Piper represented Vivendi Group and Gameloft in the acquisition of Argentina-based The Other Guys; Holland & Knight represented Honduran bank Banco del País on a $92.3 million credit facility and DLA Piper advised Mexico-based Crédito Real on two credit lines totaling $75 million.
