Cleary Gottlieb Advises $3.1 Bln LatAm Offers


Milbank, White & Case advise Argentina, Colombia offers.

Cleary Gottlieb advised the $600 million offers from Mexican miner Industrias Peñoles, the $500 million offer from Panamanian bank Banistmo and the $2 billion offers from Uruguay; Milbank represented Argentina’s state-owned oil and gas company YPF in its offer to exchange approximately $587 million senior notes; White & Case advised Colombia-based telecom ColTel on its $500 million offer and Sullivan & Cromwell advised the Ministry of Finance of Belize on its consent solicitation to the holders of its 4.9375% bonds due 2034.
