Skadden advised Ecopetrol subsidiary Hocol in the closing of its deal with Chevron; Holland & Knight advised Colombian pharmacy, healthcare products and medical equipment retailer Locatel on its deal with Canadian cannabis producer Khiron Life Sciences Corp and Shearman & Sterling advised Chile-based vehicle technology company SimpliRoute on its $3 million financing.
