Milbank and Shearman & Sterling advised on the $2 billion offer by Colombian state oil company Ecopetrol (its largest issuance to date); Shearman also advised on the $3 billion bonds from Peru and Latham & Watkins advised on the $350 million offer from Panama-based, Latin American airline Copa Holdings.
