Cleary  Gottlieb Advises $6 Bln Mexico Offer

Cleary Gottlieb represented Mexico on its $6 billion offer (which were 4.75 times oversubscribed, the strongest demand ever for Mexican bonds); Jones Day advised on Spanish construction giant Sacyr Concesiones’ $520 million financing for a fourth generation (4G) highway in Colombia, while White & Case advised the closing of the $3.5 billion sale of Peru assets by US-based Sempra to China-based China Yangtze Power and Morgan Lewis advised on theTranstelco-Neutrona deal.
