Davis Polk, Holland & Knight and Milbank advised on the $350 million offer by Latin American oil company GeoPark; Simpson Thacher advised on Chilean beverage company  Andina’s $300 million offer; Clifford Chance advised Argentine infrastructure manager and developer CLISA on its $300 million exchange offer; Holland & Knight advised on the $221 million deal between Operadora de Comercio and Colombian real estate investment trust Patrimonio Estrategias Inmobiliarias (PEI); Nelson Mullins advised on the Decorati Building Tech-Loft Holdings deal in Brazil and Brazilian law firm Trench Rossi Watanabe, in cooperation agreement with Baker McKenzie, advised on the $155 million offer by Brazilian logistical company Log-in Logística Intermodal.
