Paul Hastings advised on Canada-based Nutrien’s purchase of Brazilian agriculture retailer Agrosema; Hogan Lovells advised the International Finance Corporation (IFC) on a $335 million loan to Banco Davivienda in Colombia, Banco Santander on a $110 million master receivables factoring agreement with Mexican glassmaker Vitro and Fall Line Capital and Acre Capital as co-investors on an investment in Argentine agri startup Agrofy; White & Case advised US-based Invenergy on its planned Colombia wind and solar energy projects and Germany-based KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH and KfW on its financing for wind farms in Argentina; Akerman successfully defended Cell Consumer Electronics Logistics in a foreign summary judgment order and Clifford Chance advised on financing for a thermoelectric plant in Mexico.
