Cleary, Jones Day, Shearman, Skadden advise $7.5 billion Latin America offers.

Cleary Gottlieb advised on four Latin America offers worth a combined $4.8 billion from Chile copper giant Codelco, Mexican conglomerate Femsa, Chilean state bank Banco del Estado de Chile and Chile-based pulp and paper company CMPC; Skadden is advising on the $1.25 billion offer by Mexico-based Coca-Cola Femsa (the world’s largest franchise bottler of Coca-Cola); Shearman & Sterling advised on Banco Santander Chile’s offering of $750 million and Jones Day advised on Brazilian food processing company Marfrig’s $720 million offer.
