Venezuela Native to Head Hogan Lovells

Zaldivar recommended as Hogan Lovells head, Cherman promoted at Shearman.

Venezuelan native Miguel Zaldivar has been unanimously recommended by the board of Hogan Lovells to be appointed as CEO from July next year; Shearman & Sterling has elected counsel Roberta Berliner Cherman as a partner and Colombia-based CMS Rodríguez-Azuero has formalized the integration of  a Bogota specialized boutique law firm in labor law, social security and pensions.
