Cleary Gottlieb is advising Chile-based LATAM Airlines Group in its strategic partnership with US-based Delta, which includes the latter taking a 20 percent stake in the former for $1.9 billion; while Baker McKenzie advised China Yangtze Power Company (CYPC) on its $3.59 billion purchase of Sempra Energy's Peruvian businesses and Colombia-based private equity fund Altra Investments on its sale of water company Valrex.
