Baker McKenzie and Latham & Watkins advised on Canada-based Northland Power’s acquisition of Colombian utility EBSA from Brookfield Infrastructure for $796 million; Paul Hastings represented the lead arranger and bookrunner and lenders in a $245 million senior secured credit facility extended to Mexican manufacturer Grupo Industrial Saltillo; Milbank represented the lead arrangers and lenders in the $290 million sustainable revolving credit facility for Brazilian cement company Votorantim Cimentos and White & Case advised Bayport Colombia on a $150 million secured loan agreement.
