Construction Permits: Colombia Best


The best and worst countries in Latin America for construction permits.

When it comes to construction permits, Colombia is the best country in Latin America, according to a Latinvex analysis of the latest Doing Business report from The World Bank.

The World Bank looked at the procedures, time and costs to build a warehouse—including obtaining necessary licenses and permits, completing required notifications and inspections and obtaining utility connections.
