Cleary Advises Latin America Offers, Finance

Cleary Gottlieb advises Codelco, Metalsa, Pemex, Pampa.

Cleary Gottlieb advised Mexican state oil company Pemex on its $8 billion credit;Argentina-based energy company Pampa Energía on its $300 million offer; and Chile-based Codelco (world’s largest copper producer) in a strategic joint venture with Anglo American Sur.

 

Ckleary Gottlieb and Paul Hastings also advised the solicitation of consents by Mexico-based manufacturer Metalsa from registered holders of its 4.90% senior notes due 2023.
 

Meanwhile, CMS Rodríguez-Azuero advised on thee $105 million luxury shopping mall La Serrezuela in Cartagena, Colombia.
