Cleary Gottlieb represented América Móvil on its $1.13 billion offer; Holland & Knight advised Mexican real estate investment trust Fibra UNO in its international offering of $1 billion in senior notes; Simpson Thacher represented the Republic of Peru on bond offers; the $832 million offer from Brazilian energy company CPFL and the underwriters in an initial public offering by Brazilian software provider Linx that raised $308 million.
