Holland & Knight is advising Spanish telecommunications company Telefónica on the sale of its data center in Mexico to Spain-based Asterion Industrial Partners; Jones Day advised on the completion of the $8.7 billion Engie-TAG deal and Shearman & Sterling advised on the financing of the construction a solar photovoltaic project in the state of Aguascalientes, Mexico, and related transmission lines.
