FCPA: More Venezuela Focus
Latin America accounts for a third of FCPA resolutions.

Venezuela and its state oil company PDVSA are the subject of multiple investigations related to violations of the U.S. Foreign Practices Act (FCPA), as Latin America overall continues to play a significant role in U.S. Department of Justice probes, experts say.
