Cleary Gottlieb, Shearman & Sterling advise Mexico, Petrobras, Atento offers.

Jones Day advised France-based Engie on its $8.6 billion offer of Petrobras unit TAG (in what is the largest announced deal in Latin America so far this year); Cleary Gottlieb advised Mexico on its $2.8 billion euro-denominated offer; Shearman & Sterling represented the underwriters and dealer-managers in connection with the $3 billion offer from Petrobras and Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with Atento’s $100 million offer.
