Latham Advises Telefonica’s $1.65 Bln Sale


Skadden advised on two Brazil offers worth a combined $1.5 billion.

Latham & Watkins is advising Spain-based Telefónica on its $1.65 billion sale of Costa Rica, Panama and Nicaragua business to Luxembourg-based Millicom; Skadden advised on Votorantim and BTG Pactual offers worth a combined $1.5 billion and Ogier advised BTG Pactual on its first security token offering (STO).
