Milbank advises private US placement for Peruvian energy firms.

Cleary Gottlieb and Paul Hastings are advising on the Mexico City Airport Trust (MEXCAT) tender offers to purchase a portion of notes issued in the international markets; Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy represented two Peruvian wind power generation companies, as co-issuers, in connection with a $250 million US private placement and Netherlands-based Loyens & Loeff acted as Dutch counsel to Brazilian telco Oi on its debt restructuring.
