Latham & Watkins advised on Millicom’s $500 million offer aimed at partly funding its purchase of Cable Onda in Panama.


Meanwhile, Cleary Gottlieb advised on the $370 million offer by Mexican white goods manufacturer Mabe.

 

And Shearman & Sterling advised Energía del Pacífico in its $342 million sale of a 25.1 percent stake in Peruvian power generation companies Kallpa Generación and Samay.
